Roles We Hire For

Personal Support Workers (PSW) & Home Support:
Personal care, safe transfers, bathing, grooming, dementia support, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders.

Nurses (RN/RPN):
Catheter & ostomy care, wound care, medication administration under physician/NP orders, symptom relief and palliative/end-of-life support, care planning.

Foot Care Nurse (RN/RPN, Advanced Foot Care):
Clinic and in-home visits, routine and high-risk foot care, client education.

Housekeeping for Seniors (2-hour minimum):
Light housekeeping, laundry/linen change, fridge clean-outs, freezer defrosts, weekly recycling & garbage to curb.

Wheelchair & Assisted Transportation Drivers:
Safe, courteous client transport to appointments and community outings (company vehicle or approved personal vehicle).

Facility Companion Care (Hospitals, Retirement & Long-Term Care):
1:1 companionship and personal support within facilities—shifts from 1 hour up to 24-hour coverage.

Scheduling & Administrative Team (Office):
Client coordination, scheduling, customer service, data entry, quality & compliance support.

What You’ll Need (varies by role)

Current PSW certificate (or equivalent experience) for PSW roles

Current RN/RPN registration (CNO) for nursing roles

CPR/First Aid, recent Vulnerable Sector Check/Police Record Check

Up-to-date immunizations/TB as required by setting

Valid G licence and reliable insured vehicle for community roles (or ability to travel)

Professional references (2–3)

Comfort with phones/apps for schedules, visit notes, and secure messaging

A client-first mindset: punctuality, respect, privacy, and safety
